Hikma Leadership Program (HLP)

 

Introduction

It is better to look at this program as an integral part of the whole development program. This program intended but not restricted to all sales & marketing personnel. This program will be directed towards highly potential persons as identified by
AL-HIKMA management & confirmed by assessment tests of personality & skills. Carried out by WINNERS training & consultancy. Modules will deal with skills & knowledge that needs to be mastered by effective managers & potential leaders. This program contains 19 modules. Each one of them will be covered in two full days (Saturdays & Sundays).

 

 

Objective

The ultimate objective of this program is to develop potential managers & leaders to furnish Al-Hikma with highly potential leaders ready for any successive plan, a plan in which both long experienced managers & young generation of potential ones will be needed.

 

Duration

All modules are expected to be completed over a period of 24 months and it is intended to be continuous & not just an event. Which means new candidates can join any time.

 

Acknowledgment

Upon completion of all modules the participant will be awarded a certificate jointly acknowledged and singed by
AL-HIKMA & WINNERS General Managers indicates that the person has participated in HIKMA leadership program.

 

 

 

Methodology

·        Initial Assessment tests & interviews will be carried out in the first month.

·        Modules will be given every other month in an order that will be determined by WINNERS a head of time.

·        Each module will be given in two full days 9:00-17:00 interrupted by lunch & coffee break in a venue AL-HIKMA care of.

·        Additional readings and assignments will be assigned and communicated to participants directly from WINNERS.

·        In–process Assessment of participants will be done during the program. Individual reports will be sent to AL-HIKMA management every three modules.
